IKEA ROBLOX JOB: IKEA OFFER £13.15 AN HOUR TO WORK IN ROBLOX STORE
IKEA is opening a new store on Roblox and IKEA offer people £13.15 / €14.80 per hour to work in a virtual store.
“IKEA plans to launch ‘The Co-Worker Game’ on June 24th, giving gamers a taste of working in IKEA’s virtual reality. With a limited number of paid opportunities available, fans may fulfill their ambitions of decorating their houses while also earning money. Applications for paid roles in ‘The Co-Worker Game’ are open today until Sunday, June 16th.
Along with the brand’s venture into gaming, the virtual store will immerse customers in IKEA’s work environment. The game offers a limited number of compensated virtual coworker opportunities.
Ten new coworkers can apply for paid shifts at the virtual store starting today, June 3rd, 2024, and closing on Sunday, June 16th. Successful applicants will exhibit their abilities, help customers, and even promote departments, just like in the real world.
On Thursday, June 14th, 2024, and Tuesday, June 18th, 2024, virtual interviews will be held to select candidates for fully remote positions. Each successful applicant will be paid per hour as an IKEA coworker while participating in the game.

IKEA on Roblox, developed by Swedish game design studio The Gang, will be live on June 24th.
Along with paid coworkers, the huge Roblox community, gamers, and IKEA fans may all work, explore, and enjoy IKEA’s virtual environment on Roblox. They can visit IKEA’s famous Swedish food market and café, where they can eat unlimited meatballs, browse various showrooms, and decorate their space with popular IKEA products – welcome to HEMNES heaven. Everyone has a chance to earn a unique IKEA UGC.

IKEA isn’t the only company growing its reach with Roblox. Netflix also expands into Roblox; the streaming giant just debuted NextWorld, a ‘Digital Theme Park’ on the gaming platform. It will undoubtedly serve as a portal for users to access Netflix titles based on locations, characters, and games like Stranger Things and One Piece.”
