North Korea appreciated the country’s firm support for its military actions in Ukraine. The visit comes after North Korean supreme leader Kim Jong Un invited Putin to visit in September 2023.
According to experts, Putin’s North Korea visit comes amid growing concerns about the arms deal. Streets in Pyongyang, the capital of North Korea, were decorated with portraits of Putin and Russian flags.
